Versa 2 date on first screen is wrong

My Versa 2 is showing the wrong date on the first screen. It also shows no battery charge. However if I go to any other screen, the date and battery level are correct. I have tried syncing, a factory reset and I have tried switching  it off and then back on again. Nothing works.  How can I get this first screen correct please?
