I'm using Versa 2 few days. The first day i used i could get notification normally. But the day after the red alert appeared so i couldn't get any message from versa. After I've tried many ways: restart my phone, my versa, log out account, the problem still there. After that, i found that uninstall fitbit and download again would help, my versa could get notifications. But the new problem here is after a day, eventhough i didn't turn off bluetooth, the red alert appeared again. It's a loop. Please support me on this problem. Thank you.

Hi @Tracy318, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am also having the same issue. I have followed all of the steps in the article you attached.
This initially allows me to receive notifications, however randomly they will stop coming through and I have to do all of the steps again.....sometimes 10 times per day. Very frustrating.....any help you can offer would be appreciated.

It seems many have this issue and Fitbit is aware of it yet fails to correct,I have a version 10 android and have gone through all the troubleshooting with them and still have the red letter telling me to restart,this is just crazy,the can't seem to fix this problem with any cell phone
