Help. My screen is dim. Can not change in quick settings. Can not find sleep setting to change

Hi @Xardin - it would seem sleep mode is on. To get to Quick Settings, pull the watch face down from the top and then pull down again and click on the 2 white bars. If that is not working try restarting the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi I have tried that. The fit bit just vibrates and nothing happens. I will try to re set. But don’t know how. Thanks

@Xardin - try sync, then Shutdown from the watch Settings About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
