Versa 2 display don't response

I have problem with my versa 2, display don't reaponse, IT begin with pin code, when was imposible touch specific number, now IS imposible touch anything on my versa 2, including display lock or button "today". Thanks for help.

Hello @Martina.jaklova 

I’m assuming your trying to startup your Versa 2 for the first time since you mentioned a pin code. If that is the case what  might work is restarting your Versa 2. You can find out how to restart your Fitbit watch properly here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

After your Versa 2 is restarted I would  begin the installation process again. If it doesn’t start on it’s own then open the Fitbit App, tap the profile image on the upper left corner of your screen then scroll down and tap Set up new device. Now just tap Versa 2 and follow the instructions it provides you.
