Versa 2 display freezes

Recently the screen freezes, won't let me swipe down and when swipe left...it usually gets stuck on the relax app.   Have done a hard factory reset, it worked for a week and today it has started acting up again.

Super frustrated

Hi @Azrayne, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Since our factory reset procedure didn't work and you're still experiencing difficulties with the display of your Versa 2, I recommend you to restart your device and let me know if the issue persists. Also, lets make sure to use a Fitbit original clock face.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

So yeah... Apparently you did not read. I have restart it 100+1 times. I did a factory rest last time the screen would not move.

I can't getting to settings to do the test again. Nothing works.

Your update is appreciated @Azrayne.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post, take in consideration that my only intention is to get you back on track as soon as possible. That said, let me explain you that a factory reset procedure (the one mentioned on your original post) is different than the restart process that was shared on my reply, therefore, please try the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post and let me know the outcome.

I'll be waiting for your reply.
