Versa 2 display not properly working

My Fitbit Versa 2 has a blue line on right hand side of screen and sometimes touch screen won’t work

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix the display issues of your Versa 2, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

Yeah. No go on that. I'm having the same exact issue. Timer application was having issues with resetting the timer. That's when I noticed the blue line. Funny that this is happening right around the same time as Ctspeedy.

Before we can move on, can you please let me know if you're using a Versa 2 or which Versa series device are you using? Can you please share with me a picture of the blue line on your device's display?
