My screen randomly went gray and is unresponsive. It vibrates still when I receive notifications but I can’t see anything but gray. The battery is fully charged. I’ve tried to reset it and changed the watch face back to the original one. Nothing has worked for me.

Thanks! I contacted them earlier after not getting a response on here. They are sending me a replacement because I was under warranty still. If anyone is reading this with the same issue contact customer support If you are under warranty because there was no solution to fix it.
