Are there any solutions? I'm having a hard time getting ahold of fitbit.

The first thing to try, @Dmm6995 , is resetting the Device. Please try it a couple times. Press the left and top, right buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds, until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then release the buttons. The clock face should appear after the reset. If it does not, try it one more time.  You can read more about this process here

Hi @Dmm6995, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes the restart process that was suggested by @SunsetRunner, process that can be really helpful for this situation

Looking forward to your reply.
