My Versa 2 watch suddenly stopped working tonight!!! It won’t show the time - the screen is just blank. I can flip across to the apps but they won’t work. It won’t sync either. Can anyone help please? Thanks

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue. Can you please try the restart process that was shared on my previous post? If you already tried this process, please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 are still flashing or if your device vibrates when you start charging it, this way we will be able to move forward.
