Versa 2 display problem?

Hello! 

2 days ago I woke up in the morning and first thing I saw was my Versa 2 completely out of mind. Evening before I had it down from my hand an everythings worked. I don't understand. Here is video of it, I can't even describe what was happening - Video 

 

It was doing a whole day until I chatged it, after then there was no sign of that problem. I'm just scared it would happening again, should I send it for complaint?
