Ok so I’ve looked up all kinds of different solutions to my problem but nothing seems to be working. When I open the Fitbit app, I let my Versa Lite sync. Then I click my profile picture at the top and click on my versa lite. I scroll down to “notifications” and click it but it’s doing nothing. I’ve restarted both my Fitbit and my phone, shut them both down and left them for a while, repaired it multiple times and nothing is working. I’m starting to wonder if my Fitbit is just getting old or something idk.

@jetstar Thanks for following @RicardoFitbit's recommendations.
Our team has informed us that some users have experienced this situation with the Fitbit app after upgrading to version 3.39. Note our team is working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused.
In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi @jetstar, welcome to the Community Forums.
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you! I am using the iPhone XR. It first started when I got the XR. I had to log back into my account and add my versa lite again. I have tried the troubleshooting steps and everything. I’m thinking it’s because I’ve had this Fitbit for a while but idk.
