Screen display just stopped working today, no apparent reason. Loads of lines across screen. Working in background. Only a few month’s old. Won’t reset. Looks v much like the screen has gone. Shop I purchased from is in lockdown. Would appreciate advice on whether to send to Fitbit in uk or what to do. Thanks

Hi, the same thing happened to me today. The screen looked like it was broken with all the coloured lines running through it. Also the light was really dim even though it was on max. It is now back to normal and working perfect, so not sure what happened!

i too have had issues, im on my 2nd replacement and screen went blank on me, still vibrates but nothing on screen.
