My versa 2 starting having issues 2 months after I got it. After having it for 4 months now it basically does not work at all. It will sometimes show me when I receive a text message, but the screen will not turn on if I tap it or hit the button, resetting it does nothing, I can’t use the screen when it does come on & the updates have done nothing. I have not contacted customer support because I have read that they do not help at all so I do not want to waste my time trying. Does anyone have any advice or is it time to throw it in the garbage??

Sorry accidentally hit me too, was trying to say that Fitbit has always been good about honoring the warranty. If your device is only 4 months old it should be under warranty. Contact customer service.
