Versa 2 displaying Fitbit logo

My screen is completely black. Once in a while the logo appears. No lights on the back. No vibration. I called customer service. We tried to set up the watch with my phone again. No luck. The agent told me that my phone is not recognized as a model that would run the app properly (I have a LG V40). This is absurd! The watch does not work.

And this is my replacement! They replaced my first watch few months ago. Will I be able to celebrate my first anniversary with a working watch? 

I paid good money for this. I should kept my Amazfit BIP. It is much cheaper and it is still working after 3 years! My daughter loves it.

 

Tomorrow I have to call back because the agent made me power off my phone. Again, it is the watch and not my cell.
