Versa 2 displaying "Fitbit.com/setup"

It has been all along and now I can’t get it to work. I swipe up. I see today but not steps. It shows on  Fitbit.com

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that the message that your Versa 2 is currently displaying is because it's not paired with your account, maybe it was unexpectedly unpaired and this is the reason why it's not counting your steps. That being said, please go to your account and make sure that the device is not paired with your profile, then, follow the setup process: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to properly setup your device.

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? if you encounter an issue.

Now I can’t see the miles walked. I get the today icon and swipe left but not getting distance.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa 2 but happy to continue assisting you. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your Fitbit is not tracking distance at all or this specific stat is not shown on the Today tab anymore? You can confirm this by syncing your Versa 2 and checking on your profile if distance was synced.
