Versa 2 stop working,dont turn on,its completely of,does not charge also

Hi @Diedericksmgc - there is one case that will stop it changing. If you owned a Versa and by chance used the wrong Versa charger.
If not, charge using a PC as power source and check it does not get hot, if so stop immediately.
After charging for 2 hours if it hasn't woken hold the button for 10 seconds, wait a minute then try and sync with the phone.
This will check if charged but the screen is dead or if the watch is dead
If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
