Versa 2 doesn’t sync with Strava

Hi

just bought this expensive watch  2 days ago and wish I hadn’t. It is supposed to sync heart data to strava which is why I bought the versa 2 but of course it doesn’t. Tried speaking to support but all I was told was basically remove the link between Fitbit and strava and then re install. I’m fully connected In terms of account connections etc .

i wish now I’d bought a Garmin, will be asking for my money back and more than happy to return watch as it doesn’t do as advertised. Don’t buy.

Hi @Bootneck, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that your Versa 2 experienced with your Strava app. I totally understand how you feel about this.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone after the 1st contact you had with them. Does the issue persist or did it get resolved?

Looking forward to your response.

Hi
No is the answer.
I only bought a versa 2 because your web site said that it would sync.with strava. I now find that it does not transfer my heart rate information to strava, nowhere was that said.
I wish I’d bought a Garmin smart watch as that at least transfers heArt data to strava.
So basically the versa 2 is of no use to me having paid over £160.00 I would like to get my money back as I’ve been conned by Fitbit, how can I return the watch and get a refund as I’ve been miss sold a watch that is useless to me based on information on your web site.
