Hello!
I've noticed over the last few days my fitbit will track my steps as normal, then in the evening I will lose a couple thousand steps.
Today, I had around 14000+ steps logged on the watch and the app, then a few hours later I had 8000+ steps.
I have reset the device, triple checked the tracker and step counter, made sure I was up to date with everything and nothing has worked.
I got in contact with Fitbit live chat and they said that they can see I am now on 15000+ steps. But can't give me an answer (yet) on what is going on. It's incredibly frustrating.
Anybody got any clues as to what's going on?
