Versa 2 not recording all my steps n activities

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which activities are not being recorded and in which way are you trying to track them? From the Exercise app of your Versa 2 or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? Is your Fitbit not recording only steps or other stats like heart rate, floors,etc. are also being affected? In the meantime I receive your answers, I’d recommend you our restart process. To do so, please follow the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
