The exercise app on my Versa 2 is not responding. I push the app and it just goes right back to the main screen. Also the picture of the little person is gone it just says exercise. The same with the timer app on the watch as well. Is this a common problem? Expensive watch for there to be so many flaws??

If you agree then perhaps you may be able to do a factory rest via the Settings app. If not, then it's probably a call to customer support
