Versa 2 exercise distance not calculating correctly

I went for a brisk walk yesterday and when I was done it calculated distance at .77mi, time 1:08 and pace 88.36.  I did the exact same walk (give or take) on 1/23/20 and it calculated correctly at 3.71mi, time 1:08 and pace 18.23.  Even the visual map is incorrect.  Is there a way to fix this??

 

Calories, time, HR and other configurations seem to be fine.  Just distance and pace are off.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 didn't register the distance of one of your brisk walks correctly. Thank you for the information provided.
