Versa 2 exercise syncing issue - Map not loading

I'm getting frustrated with my versa 2 not always syncing with the app. 

 

My biggest another right now is that if I start tracking exercise on my watch, it doesn't synch with the gos on my phone unless the app on my phone is open. SO, today I track my exercise using my phone app instead. but it wouldn't synch with my watch to show my heart rate. 

 

I logged out, restarted my phone, synched again. And now the map doesn't load at all.

Thanks for your post and the screenshot that was attached, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
