Versa 2 face falling off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa watch face is falling off after doing nothing to cause this. This is the second versa I have had that did this. Last time I reported it I was given a percentage off to purchase a new one. This new one I’ve had for more than 1 year but less than 2 years. I reached out to customer service and was given a percentage of code to buy a new one again which is unacceptable. When trying to explain my frustration to the rep they hung up the chat.

Hi there, @MorganZ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit. For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Versa 2 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I tried customer support first and did not get very far which is why I tried the forum since I saw similar posts. I already paid for a replacement from the first time this happened and now this replacement watch has done the same thing. While I understand it’s outside of the warranty, I have not had this watch 2 years and had the same issue. I will not be purchasing another one.

@MorganZ Hi. I got phone screen glue from Amazon called B-7000 and glued my screen back on. It's been fine for more than 6 Months and a few times caught in the rain.
