Versa 2 failed.

Had my Versa 2 for 1 year, bought brand new.

Recently, certain functions stooped working on the watch. Tapping the function on screen would do nothing.

Now the watch has started to self reboot.

Would like Firbit's assistance with this.

Hi @Clarky_79 - while the watch may have become defective there are a few things to try first.

From the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, change to another clock face and sync, then hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If this doesn't help, the watch may be at fault and depending on your warranty it may be possible to get it replaced where you bought it perhaps or you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.

Hi there.

I'll try what you suggested with the watch face and if no joy, I contact Fitbit.

I actually bought the watch through a health insurance provider who has special rate with Fitbit.
