There is a new update for my Versa 2 that is not working. My Versa 2 is not even 6 months old and there have been repeated problems with syncing and notifications...but this update is something I can not figure out how to correct. Ive done it over wifi and bluetooth and it still will not update.

Hi @EDRN714, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the firmware update issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if you also tried the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already could have already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
