Versa 2 flashes the Fitbit logo constantly

My issues started after the most recent update. Watch is completely unresponsive now as it just flashes the logo on and off. I've tried all the reboot options to no avail. I unpaired it in the Fitbit app and all the Bluetooth stuff that was noted in earlier posts and still unresponsive and will not sync. No green lights on the back anymore either. Battery seems to die quite fast now even after leaving it on charger for 2 hours. My girlfriend, with same watch who never updates, has zero problems. Help please!

Hi @Sethtildeath, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is unresponsive and it only flashes the Fitbit logo. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset. 
  • Set up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks, but I've already tried that with zero luck. No vibrations, just the Fitbit logo on and off.
