Versa 2 frozen screen

Hi- My Versa 2 just stopped working yesterday 6/2/24. All I have now is a flashing FITBIT logo. It is no longer synced or recognized on my phone app, and it did have a good charge. The green light on backside is no longer lit and this is my second VERSA 2. About two years ago, my first Versa 2 did the exact thing. Called 800-FITBIT and all they would offer was 10% off a new one so I bought it. Now this one does the same. Anyone have a solution? Sad if every 2 years I need to buy a new one.

Please confirm that you have tried to restart the device as indicated: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve restarted it and changed the clock face, touch screen still not working

Yes, I have tried to reset by holding side button and all I get is flashing

I am having this exact same issue. I cannot get it to reset. Nothing happens when I hold the button down.
