The button on the left hand side of my Versa 3 has fallen off and rendered the unit useless. I emailed FitBit and was told to go to the website. I selected "Live Chat", logged in, and got no further. Can someone please help me?

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

@Odyssey13 Thank you for your help .
@Fitbitwalker24 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
I'm not quite sure if you are writing about the Versa 3 or another model. The Versa 3 uses a haptic button, that looks like a dent on the watch's frame. It doesn't have a physical button.
Could you please attach a picture of your device, so that we can see the damage on it?

Hi @Fitbitwalker24 - is the watch charged and syncing with the Fitbit App and displaying data?
Normally squeezing the watch between finger and thumb so a fleshy part covers the hole will operate it to turn the display off and on.
You can also wake the display by double tapping the watch face and a swipe the face right will do a "back" action like pressing the button when navigating.
If the watch is completely off and not turning on and it doesn't come on when placed on charge, see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hello Guy,
Thank you for your hint about squeezing the watch, which has worked. I've recharged it and am very pleased to say that it's functioning properly and is communicating with the app. I think it just had a bit of a blip the other day!
Thanks again for your help.
