My versa screen suddenly went all black and white (fuzzy pattern) like an old TV when it cant connect to a channel. I can see my clock face behind it and can see it's responding to my swipe but at times the fuzz is so bad, I can make out the screen.
I have not bumped it or damaged it or done anything out of the ordinary, was wearing it normally this morning and started out of the blue.
I have tried shutting it down and restarting, charging it, etc. With no luck. Any other ideas of what might be causing it or how to fix it?

Thankyou for your reply. Unfortunately this did not work. It is not the actual clock face that is the problem. I believe it's the screen malfunctioning. I can see the selected clock face BEHIND the black and white fuzz, regardless of what clock face it is.

I am also having this issue and have tried to restart and change the clock face multiple times.
