Versa 2 gone off

I have now had 3 versa 2s in 14 month .I received my new replacement 2 days ago and now this has gone off completely and not turning on .

I'm very unhappy about this survey this is not normal .

Can anyone help with thus problem

Unfortunately, we cannot help you here, @Ropper . All you can do is contact Support again and ask that your case be escalated.

Mine was fine all day until about 1pm and now it’s dead. I have tried to hold the power button for 20 secs and once it came up with the blue logo and then gone. Every other time nothing. Tried charging it just in case but Nothing! Battery life was good prior to this, never let it die completely and have rebooted it before no problems. A friend says hers went wonky but came back. Both are Versa2. Super frustrated now! Any luck your end?
