Versa 2 green light not flashing

I have done all the software updates, I have done all the resets as well as a hard reset and still the versa 2 sensor will not start. It can track my steps but won’t read my heart rate. What can I do?

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue regarding the Versa 2 green lights not flashing. 

 The heart rate setting can be turned ON or OFF on your Fitbit device. 

To do so, please access the Settings app and check this, as explained here: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

I have already done that, plus a hard reset, uninstall and reinstall the app as well. Is there any other ways to restart the heart rate monitor

@Rasa4   I think your Versa 2 has failed.  I searched the forum for verification.  According to this post, the Versa 2 LEDs still flash when the heart rate monitor is turned off in the Settings.  This is what I remember with the Versa 2 and other models from that time.
