REMARKS: First, I swear by FITBIT been using one of your devices since you first started. I've continued to upgrade 4 devices and even did several of your Beta Testing programs. I am currently using Versa 2 and the screen went green. I am assuming it's a battery issue since the last 24 hours I have been notified that the battery level is low. I normally charge the battery when showering or trying to keep it near 100% since I am active 18 hours a day.
QUESTION: Can the battery in the 2 be replaced and what might be causing the Green screen?

Hi there, @edkostiuk. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for your inquiry about the battery, note that the battery on your Versa 2 is not replaceable nor interchanged. We as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to do it as it could permanently damage your watch.
If the battery is draining quickly, please see Why ins't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
