I have a Versa2 which is less than 12 months old, which was a warranty replacement for a Versa which stopped Syncing.
Today I noticed that is stuck on a Green/Grey screen. I can't soft reset, and without screen access can't hard reset it either. It sporadically gives me movement notifications, but is essentially a brick.
I've checked to see if it needs an update, charged it as the battery was low and looked to see what the problem is and couldn't find anything. I'm going to return it to the retailer Tomorrow (Monday) but thought I would post on here as well.
