Versa 2 has a black screen

Good Morn,

The other day I had to call fitbit troubleshooters because my heart rate was like 175 all day, my activity was off the way cray like 400 minutes and my music shortcut and notification kept sliding down. 

They helped me update and it seemed to help, but then for the past two days it has been very touchy. Like it acts as though someone is touching it. 

Today I got up and it is a black screen. 

Tried to reser it but no luck, tried to change the screen, but no luck. 

Help...its not even a year old
