Versa 2 has a flashing screen

Hi my fitbit has a flashing screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Turned bluetooth on and off. Phone found device and sent a 4 digit code but I can't read it off the flashing device. Last week it had the red x with try re syncing. Managed to fix that an d now have this new problem. Thank you

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa 2. The first thing I'd suggest trying is doing a reset by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. You may need to try this a couple of times to get it clear the issue. Fingers crossed that does the trick for you.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried this several times w
ith no success. Followed instructions to turn off phone, unpair device. When I turn them back on screen still flashing therefore can't see 4 digit number. I have now left watch battery to drain and will retry again.
