Versa 2 has blank screen after factory reset

Tried factory reset. Now the screen is blank and hot, heartrate light flashes on an off.

The factory reset is very risky, and sometimes destroys the watch.

 

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
