I haven't used or turned on my watch in a while, but when I recently attempted too, the screen was distored and not working, only staying on the screen for about 30 seconds before going dark. Happens when I charge and press power, It won't sync to my app either.

Update: It resembles like a foggy shower door with like finger marks on it, like its not a static screen, i genuinely can't see anything on it. It looks like water damage but it's been on my desk and hasn't been near water so I don't know how it would be water damage.

Hi there, @helppleasehahah. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face once again. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding the condensation inside the heart rate sensors, I suggest putting your watch into dry rice for a day.

Hope that helps.
