I dropped my watch and the screen went black with white horizontal lines. Has anyone had this and the watch started working okay again?

Hi there, @TashieBes. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has developed white lines on the screen after the fall. Let's see if we can sort it out!

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, please follow @Talahthas's chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

We look forward to getting you back on track soon.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @TashieBes!

Sorry to say, but what you've described most likely sounds like a defective display or display connector. I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support to see what they can do for you:
