Versa 2 has died

Hi, I recently visited Iceland and while there visited one of their Lagoons, I have wore my Fitbit before while swimming without fault yet my watch has stopped working since leaving the lagoon,any suggestions why?

Hi @MaggiieB - unfortunately it might have water in it.

You can try placing it in a bag of rice to dry for a few days before trying to charge it, as it might get hot and explode if charging it when it's wet.
