Hello @SunsetRunner
Apparently this is something very uncommon. Look here for more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-stuck-on-Source-screen/m-p/4413420#M2.... I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 first to see if that resolves the issue. Just press and hold the button on the side of your Versa 2 and continue holding it down until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicting the restart is complete. If restarting your Versa 2 fails there are other troubleshooting tips on the link I provided. But I wouldn’t recommend the straight pin to the small hole tip given in that link! Some Fitbit devices have small holes for sensors such as the microphone or altimeter. Don’t attempt to restart your device by inserting any items, such as paper clips, into these holes as you can damage your Fitbit device. I would discuss that directly with Fitbit customer service before I’d do anything like that.
I’m hopeful a simple restart works. If the problem persist I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
