My Versa 2 LED lights stopped working and it no longer tracks my sleep, zone, or heart rate. I have restarted the watch several times, resynched the watch to the app, cleaned the LED lights with rubbing alcohol, and reset the watch to factory settings. This watch was a fathers day gift which makes it only 6 months old and to stop working already?

I tried all of the suggested problem solving and it is still not working. Very disappointing as this is a warranty replacement for another Fitbit Versa which stopped working a year ago. Do these fitness trackers only last 6 to 12 months?

I have the same problem. It seems that LED failure is quite common. The sensor on my Versa 2 lasted less than a year. If still under warranty, Fitbit will give you the option of 50% off from another product, or receive a cannibalized version of the original product you purchased as new. It seems like this product needs to be recalled.

Sounds like we all got suckered in by Fitbit. I’m going to Apple Iwatch if this doesn’t get resolved real quick.

Me too. I only have one LED light flashing on mine. Not even two years old. I’ve done made up my mind. I’m buying the new Iwatch. The only reason I liked Fitbit was it has a sleep tracker on it that no longer works. Now Iwatch 6 has it. So bye bye Fitbit.

I think I know why all the sensors aren’t working. It only needs one or two sensors to record heart rate, steps and sleep data. The other sensor’s aren’t working cause you need to subscribe to the premium service to record your your heart analysis and the full sleep analysis. Since there’s only two sensor’s needed for standard features it’s obvious that sometimes you won’t get a good sleep reading cause the watch moves around away from your wrist. I’m gonna buy another month of premium to see if that’s it. If they all work again I’m gonna cancel my subscription again for I don’t think anyone should have to pay for a service that the watch is intended for. You can pass my information along. Thank you.
