Versa 2 is not measuring heart rate - heart rate is on - I tried turning it on and turning it off - I did a factory reset - a manual sync - turning heart rate on and off. I have no green lights - all else works fine -

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
