My versa heart rate does not work like green light and all. It is also restarting itself repeatedly all day. I have soft/ hard restarted couple of times and still no change. Help me!

@Lorenzo5027 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate and self restarts issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I noticed that you contacted our Support team and they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
