Versa 2 home button won't respond

Yep another year another Fitbit after 10 months my Versa 2 has decided to stop operating. When I press the home button nothing happens did a soft restart and was the same. Did a hard or factory reset now stuck on the activate short cut screen by pressing home button... well guess what home button isn’t working... Fitbit what’s happening..

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option after contacting our Support Team as @SunsetRunner suggested you to do.

Hello MarreFitbit.. apologies for negative comments- just so used to depending on my Versa 2’s great features. Appreciate you getting in touch so quickly. Can’t wait to get back to a semi normal life with my Versa 2.
