Versa 2 inaccuracy

I’ve had my versa 2 for several years and it’s always been a little off but today I noticed it’s way off with the kilometres.  Any ideas on what’s wrong or how I can fix it?  Thanks.

Yes. I did contact customer service but the issue has not been resolved. I
restarted my Fitbit and walked 100 steps and it was pretty accurate (93)
but when I use it for a longer period like at the gym I use a treadmill for
over 6 kms but fitbit only registered less than half. I’m not sure if I
should try to just attach the fitbit to a belt and try to see if that
changes anything. I use to be well over 10000 steps at the gym but now
only registering 6000 so something has changed??
Still trying to figure it out.

I'd invite you to keep communicating with Support since they already have the information about your case. I'm sure that they will provide you with a solution in this concern.
