Hi,
I am not sure if anybody has had this problem but since the clocks gone back in the UK in October, my watch hasn't been able to update the correct time. My watch is approximately 4hrs behind the real time, I have tried syncing it multiple times, logging out of my device re booting phone and watch and no avail.
Is there any other way as my watch is taking longer to sync?

Hi @Ninja94, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
However and since this is not the case, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

I've a Samsung Galaxy S9. All apps UTD. I've also rebooted the phone several times. Each time, adds another minute or 2 to the lag. Right now, my Fitbit Versa2 is 20 mins behind. Everything else tracks. Did the time setting change, and it still lags. Right now I’m about 30 mins behind.

Hi I have a huawai p30 pro, I have numerously switched both phone and watch off but doesn't even budge.
My sync has not been consistent nor has done it at a normal speed or not enough for a sync.
I have tried turning the Bluetooth connections off and on again but still not fully syncing if not at all.
