As of 8/5 around 3pm my Versa 2 stopped functioning. It does not respond to the hard reset, my app acts like it is not within range, it does not charge, or show any signs of functioning from the sensor lights on the back or the screen turning on. I had just charged it the day before, so I know it did not run out of battery entirely.
I am seeing other reports that this is happening to many other users. I am a Healthcare provider and I need to use my fitbit as a watch to do my job. Please help!

Update: Called support and they are sending me a new device under warranty at no cost. The advocate told me this is a problem with the battery failing and they are having to send replacement devices to fix the problem.
