Versa 2 is losing steps after syncing

I had the experience with the Versa 1 that I would lose a substantial amount of steps, miles and calories after doing a workout since my phone and watch synced. I bought a Versa 2 last fall and recently I have had the same problem with it. It is frustrating to make my goal to then have those steps, miles and calories not be counted. Attached are some photos. Hi @rdilley - in the Fitbit App click profile photo and check if you also have MobileTrack installed and if so remove it.

@rdilley - after clicking on profile photo in the Fitbit App can you check the only device you see is Versa 2
