Hello,
Can someone actually answer this that knows what is going on. My Versa 2 Fit Bit will not accept notifications from WhatsApp, Messages, Email etc it doesn't notify me.
Now I've tried all the advise and tried everything before you ask, I have tried it all. The only way I have found to work is to uninstall the app off my phone (Huawei P 20) and to re download it which works only for a number of hours then the says error message re appears which says "Notification service not running, a phone re set is required." So annotying! Help to fix this constant issue?
The price you pay for this watch you would think it would actually work!

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
