Versa 2 is not responding

I noticed that my Fitbit versa 2 did not track my sleep or my heart rate so I looked up how to fix it and it told me to restart it. I held down the button until it restarted and then it pulled up a Fitbit logo screen. I then put it on the charger and went away for more than 3 hours. When I came back it was still on the logo screen so I tried to then restart it multiple more time but it would not get off the logo screen or just be a black screen. I have tried to look up what to do but nothing works it is not out of battery because I have had it on a charger for days now and nothing it working.

The heart rate sensors are not flashing and I have tried cleaning the Fitbit of debris and the usb is working fine.
